Using TORIIE

TORIIE provides tools for organizing, scoring, and calculating results for recreational golf rounds, games, and events. By using TORIIE, you agree to these Terms of Use. You are responsible for information you enter and for using the service in accordance with applicable law and applicable golf-course or club rules.

Golf games and settlement

TORIIE is a golf scoring and game-calculation application. TORIIE may calculate points, game results, or settlement information from scores and settings supplied by users. TORIIE does not collect, hold, transfer, or process funds between players. Any settlement between players occurs independently of TORIIE.

TORIIE provides scoring and calculation tools only. TORIIE does not operate, sponsor, administer, or act as a party to any wager, contest, or financial transaction between users. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their activities comply with applicable laws and with the rules and policies of the golf course, club, or other venue where they play.

Scores, handicaps, and calculations

TORIIE calculations depend on information supplied by users and, where available, information obtained from third-party handicap services. Scores, handicaps, course information, game settings, and other inputs may be incomplete, delayed, or entered incorrectly. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming scores, settings, results, and settlement calculations before relying on them. TORIIE does not guarantee that any score, handicap, result, ranking, or settlement calculation is error-free.

Accounts and access

Certain features may require an account, subscription, access code, or other authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access codes and for activity conducted through your account or authorized session. Do not access or attempt to access accounts, rounds, features, systems, or data you are not authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse TORIIE, interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, use the service for fraud or unlawful activity, impersonate another person, scrape or systematically extract service data without authorization, or attempt to reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Age and eligibility

TORIIE is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use features involving game stakes or settlement calculations. Other use of TORIIE must comply with applicable age requirements and any requirements imposed by your club, course, organization, or app marketplace.

Intellectual property

TORIIE, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, scoring interfaces, and other service content, is owned by or licensed to TORIIE, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use TORIIE for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of TORIIE or its intellectual property to you.

Third-party services

TORIIE may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, handicap information, communications, analytics, or other functionality. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. TORIIE is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services or information outside TORIIE's control.

Availability and changes

On-course connectivity, device conditions, third-party systems, and other factors can affect service availability. TORIIE may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features as the service evolves. TORIIE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

TORIIE may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse or security concerns, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using TORIIE at any time. Account and data deletion requests are handled in accordance with the TORIIE Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TORIIE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TORIIE, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, scoring disputes, settlement disputes, or losses arising from user-entered information, third-party services, service interruptions, or use of or inability to use TORIIE. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

TORIIE may update these Terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of TORIIE after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
